Dial's Brands include Dial® soaps, Purex® laundry detergent, Renuzit® air fresheners, and Armour Star® canned meats. Dial’s objective included migrating toward a paperless environment, improving data integrity, and reducing the administrative workload for HR, managers, and employees.

The Solution: Working with CDG, Dial implemented PeopleSoft Human Resources, Base Benefits, Benefits Administration, Salary Administration, Variable Compensation, Self Service and a number of interfaces.

Dial chose CDG for a number of reasons, including CDG’s reputation, viability and commitment. Dial was impressed by CDG’s commitment to meeting the project goals, utilizing a solid methodology to insure delivery.

Ellen Eichhorn, Director, Corporate Systems, says of the CDG team, “CDG was able to offer great perspective on the PeopleSoft software and its use. Having the background from other implementations provided a significant advantage when evaluating production set-up, customer requirements, and enhancements. The team was committed to meeting the schedule, to providing superior quality, and to the success of our project. I would recommend CDG to companies considering implementing the PeopleSoft Human Capital Management suite.”
