CDG Launches Microsoft Business Solutions – Great Plains Practice
CDG, a consulting firm founded in 1987, announces its new
practice – selling Microsoft Business Solutions – Great Plains.
CDG will sell the full ERP suite of Microsoft Great Plains,
while retaining its niche focus on evaluation, selection,
and implementation of human resources and payroll information
systems.
CDG’s sixteen years of experience consulting for the human resources niche will
translate into a strong experience base to effectively service Microsoft Great
Plains customers. CDG has specialized in installing and optimizing HCM systems
for organizations with more than 1,000 employees, and can take the experience
and expertise and leverage it to consult successfully with Microsoft Great Plains
customers on their human resources and full ERP needs.
CDG is a certified Women-Owned Business, and is also DCAA Audit Approved according
to FAR Standards. While management and support staff are based locally, consultants
are home-based throughout the country and travel to client sites across the nation.
President and CEO, Cynthia Driskill, who founded CDG in 1987, originally hired
four employees across her kitchen table and funded the company with her own receivables
from her independent consulting work. “I’m proud to add our Microsoft partnership
to help us fulfill the needs of a broader client base and to fulfill all the
software needs of those clients,” Driskill said. “We’ll be able to leverage our
industry experience, project methodology, and market understanding to provide
a full range of services to new and existing clients.”
