CDG & Associates
Receives General Excellence and Best Employer Awards by Working
Woman Magazine
Top regional company will now participate in national Entrepreneurial
Excellence Awards 2001
CDG & Associates, a premier national consulting firm specializing
in the implementation and maintenance of human resources information
systems, announced today it has received the General Excellence
and Best Employer awards by Working Woman magazine. Working Woman
magazine Entrepreneurial Excellence Awards 2001 is the only program
to recognize the achievements of female entrepreneurs on a regional
and national level.
The General Excellence award recognized CDG for its exemplary level
of growth and success throughout the past five years, as demonstrated
by the company’s 400 percent increase in revenue and 89 percent
client-return rate. The Best Employer award honored CDG for successfully
meeting employees’ financial, personal and professional needs, evident
by the company’s 93 percent employee retention rate.
The 2001 awards program honored twice as many nominees across the
country as the previous year. Recognized companies ranged from one-woman
firms to growing corporations with revenues of more than $50 million.
CDG competed in the Central region, which extends from Texas
to Louisiana and north to the Canadian border. As a regional winner,
the company will participate in the national event April 2 in Santa
Monica, CA.
“CDG’s extraordinary commitment to its clients and employees is
emphasized by these awards,” said Cynthia Driskill, founder and
president of CDG. “The Working Woman awards program has given us
an outstanding opportunity to share business ideas and build networks
with other female entrepreneurs, enhancing the value offered by
CDG.”
