Five CDG Consultants Earn SPHR Certification
Certification represents largest group within the firm to be recognized
in one year.
CDG & Associates Inc., a human resources information systems consulting
firm, announced that five senior consultants have earned the Senior
Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) Certification. Recipients
include Carlton Conley (Fort Worth, TX), Allen Geer (Philadelphia,
PA), Rob Holley (Dallas, TX), Gail McLeroy (Dallas, TX) and Ken
Wilson (Montgomery, AL).
The SPHR certification signifies that an individual possesses the
theoretical knowledge and practical experience in human resources
management necessary to pass a rigorous examination, demonstrating
a comprehensive mastery of the HR field. The SPHR is awarded by
the Human Resource Certification Institute (HCRI), the credentialing
body for human resources professionals. The purpose of the institute
is to promote the establishment of professional standards and to
recognize professionals who meet those standards.
"Because the process for certification is such a vigorous one,
having five consultants qualify in one year is quite an accomplishment,"
said Cynthia Driskill, founder and president of CDG & Associates
Inc. "Their achievement reflects the emphasis that CDG places
on professional growth. It is a great testament to the fact that
our employees are dedicated to a high level of professionalism and
excellence. I am very proud of my colleagues."
