N E W S   R E L E A S E S October 4, 1999 Dallas Business Journal Honors CDG with Pacesetter Award CDG Inc. received the prestigious 1999 Pacesetter Award from the Dallas Business Journal, ranking tenth among the fastest-growing midsize companies in the Dallas/Fort Worth, Texas, metroplex. Cynthia Driskill Graham, President, accepted the award on behalf of the company at a ceremony held at the Westin Galleria in Dallas, Thursday, September 23, 1999. CDG was also named the fifth fastest-growing midsize company for employment growth, based on its 90% increase in number of employees for 1998. CDG is a Human Resources Information Systems consulting firm, woman-owned and headquartered in Dallas. CDG celebrates its twelfth anniversary this year. CDG's client list includes such well-known firms as The Associates, Neiman Marcus, J.P. Morgan Chase & Company, Wyndham Hotels, and The Art Institute of Chicago. CDG implements PeopleSoft, SAP, CSS HRizon, SmartStream, UltiPro, and Genesys software to support the payroll, personnel, and benefits operations of large and midsize companies. CDG's outstanding accomplishment in 1998 was its extraordinary growth: Revenue increased 76% from $6.5 million in 1997 to $11.5 million in 1998. Employee Stock Ownership Plan valuation increased 247% from $303 per share in 1997 to $748 per share in 1998. The number of employees grew from 39 in 1997 to 74 in 1998 and employee turnover, in an industry where 40% is usual, was only 5%.
