Cynthia Driskill Named Ernst & Young Entrepreneur
Of The Year For The Southwest Area In Service Category
Driskill will now participate in national Entrepreneur Of The
Year competition.
Cynthia Driskill received the Southwest Area's 2000 Ernst & Young
Entrepreneur Of The Year award for her outstanding achievements
in the service area. Driskill is the founder and president of CDG
& Associates (CDG), a premier national consulting firm specializing
in the implementation and maintenance of high-end human resources
information systems (HRIS) for Fortune 1000 companies. CDG has established
implementation partner status with SAP, the Ultimate Software Group,

The Ernst & Young award program recognizes those outstanding entrepreneurs
who have demonstrated excellence and extraordinary success in areas
including innovation, financial performance and personal commitment

$500,000 in 1987 to a national company with almost 100 employees
and expected revenues of over $20,000,000 for 2000. Driskill is
now eligible to participate in the Ernst & Young's National Entrepreneur
Of The Year awards competition, to be held at a black-tie event
in Palm Springs, Calif., on November 11, 2000.
Driskill launched her career as an independent consultant in 1981
and has since become an expert in the installation and implementation
of HRIS products, with extensive knowledge in IT and software consulting.
She has developed a successful proprietary methodology, authored
numerous technical manuals, developed innovative training programs
and has been a frequent lecturer on the subject of HRIS implementation.
