CDG Names Donna Manchester to be
Vice President, Human Resources
Donna Manchester joined CDG Inc. as Vice President,
Human Resources, on June 1, 1999. CDG, one of the premier HRIS consulting
firms in the United States, was a recent recipient of the prestigious
Pacesetter Award given to the top twenty-five fastest-growing midsize
companies in the Dallas/Forth Worth Metroplex. CDG, a woman-owned business,
ranked number ten.
Prior to joining CDG, Ms. Manchester was Vice President, Human Resources
Consulting Services, for a Dallas consulting firm. She holds a B.S. degree
in Human Relations and Business, with Honors, and is certified as a Senior
Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) by the Society for Human Resource
Management. Additionally, she holds her Group I and HMO insurance licenses
in the State of Texas and is securing her Certified Employee Benefit Specialist
(CEBS) distinction.
Ms. Manchester's vision for the CDG Human Resources department is to
serve as a strategic partner in achieving the company's goals for growth
and development. Her current projects involve process improvements, change
agency, and work force management.
