Sumeer Homes has purchased 92 acres at the northeast corner of Pleasant Run and Duncanville roads in DeSoto for development of the final phase of Ten Mile Estates. Monte Anderson of Options Real Estate and Frank Neal negotiated the sale.

Dan and Kim Foster have purchased a 7,800-square-foot retail building at 1704 Greenville Ave. in Dallas. W. Thurston Witt Jr. of United Commercial Realty and Doug Wilson of Wilson & Co. Realtors handled the negotiations.

A North Carolina investor has purchased the Amber's Way Apartments at 4209 Broadway Ave. in Haltom City. The 24-unit property was being marketed by Steve Fithian and Doug Wendt of Visions Realty & Investments. Bob Ting of Ting and Associates represented the buyer.

Improved Land Co. purchased 43,560 square feet of land on Kestrel Avenue in the Eagle Industrial Park in DeSoto. The company plans to build an office-warehouse facility on the property. Bill Mote of Mote & Associates Inc. negotiated the transaction.

The Holmes Builders Inc. purchased 3.5 acres on Bethel Road in Coppell from Fred Joyce-Mary Myers Enterprises Inc. for the development of two estate lots. The transaction was negotiated by Michael Seifert of Michael L. Seifert Real Estate.

Potter Concrete has purchased 11.67 acres on Pioneer Drive in Irving. Paxson Glenn and Floyd Bates of Bates & Myers Co. handled the negotiations.

Leases

IPmobile Inc., a wireless network and systems company, has leased 70,936 square feet of office and tech space at 17919 Waterview Parkway in Richardson. Bob Mohr and Jeff Pappas with Mohr Partners Inc. negotiated the lease with John Gorman of the Holt Cos.

The Cedar Hill Independent School District has leased 69,769 square feet of warehouse space at 912-914 Cedar Street in Cedar Hill. Bill Mote of Mote & Associates Inc. negotiated the lease.

Silverleaf Resorts Inc., a developer, marketer and operator of time-share resorts, leased 66,388 square feet of office space at 1221 Riverbend in Dallas. Greg Hoffman with Wilcox Realty Group arranged the lease with Bob Mohr and Jeff Pappas with Mohr Partners Inc.

Bed Bath & Beyond, a national chain of home furnishings superstores, has leased 30,000 square feet of retail space in Gateway Plaza, a shopping center at the intersection of State Highway 114 and East Southlake Boulevard. Steven A. Lieberman of The Weitzman Group handled negotiations.

Synhrgy HR Technologies Inc., a technology firm for human resource solutions, has leased 22,322 square feet of office space at Merit Centre at 5720 LBJ in Dallas. Greg Hoffman and Bob Buell with Wilcox Realty Group negotiated the lease with Jim Montgomery and Ric Kanatzar of Swearingen Realty Group.

Seven Worldwide Inc., a graphic and imaging company, has leased 16,770 square feet of office space at Riverbend I at 1221 Riverbend Drive in Dallas. Greg Hoffman of Wilcox Realty Group negotiated the lease with Tom McCarthy and Bob Hagewood of The Staubach Co. and David Troop of Insignia.

Purchasing Group Inc. has leased 10,000 square feet in Providence Towers on the Dallas North Tollway. Bo Bond and Lance McIlhenny of The Staubach Co. arranged the lease with Seth Weinstein.

Volt Information Sciences leased 9,200 square feet in The Courtyard at 1320 Greenway Drive in Las Colinas. Ben Sumner and Steve Mays of Baker Commercial Realty Volt negotiated the lease with John Brownlee and Leanne Weymouth of Grubb & Ellis Co.

Kenlee Group Inc., a landscape architect firm, has leased a 9,200- square-foot building at 1905 Akron in Dallas. Vicki Whitmer of The Weitzman Group and Reda Hall and Jack Clay of Bates & Myers Co. negotiated the transaction.

CDG & Associates Inc., a national human resources information systems consulting firm, has expanded its office space. CDG's new lease includes the original 7,500 square feet and an expansion of 1,700 square feet, making the total office space 9,200 square feet. The lease was negotiated between CDG management and the landlord, Tony Cimino of C&G Management.

Jefferson Dental has leased 5,720 square feet of retail space in White-rock Marketplace, a 300,000-square-foot community center in Dallas at Jupiter and Garland roads. The center is owned and managed by United Commercial Development. Jeff Brand and Paul Makens of United Commercial Realty and Lern Miller of Sandia Properties negotiated the lease.

Jefferson Heritage Mortgage Co. has leased 5,660 square feet lease at AmberTrail Corporate Park at 1711 Preston Road in Dallas. John Fulton with Transwestern Commercial Services arranged the lease with Gary Bender of Corporate Realty Advisors.
