Supplier Award and Outstanding Diverse Supplier Performance Award from
FedEx Freight.
Debra Murray, President of Blue Spring International, was
invited to participate in the 2006 MENA Businesswomen’s Summit in Abu
Dhabi, UAE, October 29 – November 1, 2006. Debra Murray and two other
Women Impacting Public Policy (WIPP) leaders have been selected to join
U.S. Under Secretary of State, Karen Hughes, as delegates to represent
U.S. women business owners at the Middle East North Africa Economic
Summit (MENA) in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates(UAE). The Summit is
designed to have the American delegation offer their business
experiences and tips for success through a series of workshops and
panel discussions.
Debbie Mrazek, The Sales Company received a Tech Titans
Community Hero Award, which is an event that honors and recognizes
technology companies here in the Dallas-Ft. Worth Metroplex. Click here
for article. Debbie was also invited to speak January 26, 2007 for
SMEI, the premiere international organization dedicated to providing a
forum for knowledge, growth, leadership and connections for the
community of sales and marketing professionals.
Denise Marino Ball, Choice Staffing was unanimously elected
to serve on the Board of Directors of The Family Place. Her term will
begin February 2007.
D.R.B. Electric, Inc. was ranked the Number One "Best
Place to Work" in New Mexico in the Medium-Sized Business
category, and Number Two overall, in the December 8th edition of New
Mexico Business Weekly.
In November, New Mexico Business Weekly recently ranked D.R.B.
Electric, Inc. the 22nd largest woman-owned business in New Mexico.
Southwest Contractor Magazine named the Top 25 Specialty Contractors in
New Mexico, ranking D.R.B Electric, Inc. number 14.
IBM is #6 on this year's Top 100 Corporate Citizens list. The
full list will be published February 14th by The CRO magazine
(Corporate Responsibility Officer), the group who bought Business
Ethics magazine. This is the 5th time since 2000 that IBM has ranked in
the top 10.
