Our philosophy about the consultant role
We are now hiring consultants to work
with all the software products we implement
or support.
We hire people of all ages and levels of experience. Our consultants
average 14 years of experience, but we also hire people with less
experience if they have the right stuff. Many come to us after having
worked with human resources information systems (HRIS). They live
all over the United States and serve clients that are household
names or leaders in their fields.
We give our consultants responsibility for all aspects of an engagement.
Our HRIS specialists have generalist skills because we know that
a project requires a diverse set of skills to bring it to successful
completion. They have both technical and business skills, that is,
they must go beyond technical expertise with a particular product
to also understand the business rationale and context for its specific
capabilities. Such broad responsibility is a challenge that we believe
you will enjoy meeting.
