ever make. That's why our hiring process is longer and more complex
than that of any other organization you may consider.
How do we ensure that a decision to join CDG is a great
decision for both of us? We've found that this process works.
- If you're reading this, we've found each other. You may have
found us from one of our Internet ads. Or we may have found you.
We search the Internet every day for qualified candidates. Or
your recruiter may have contacted us.
- We'll talk with you briefly. If we have an opportunity that
seems right for you, we'll ask you to explore this web site. We'll
also ask you to take a look at the profile
of CDG consultants. After years of research, we know ourselves.

- We'll send you some paperwork to complete, including an application
for employment that contains a nondisclosure form. Why a nondisclosure?
Because we want to answer every question you have about
us. Also enclosed will be a comprehensive analytical assessment

additional information about us. This includes our annual report,
excerpts from our operational reports, and other documents that
help you get to know us.
- Once you have all that information about us, we'll spend time
on the phone getting to know each other better. If we're still
interested in each other, we'll ask you to come to Dallas to meet
us.
