We are our culture
Do I want to work for this
organization? Whether an organization is a fit for you is one of the most
important factors influencing your decision about employment.
Here are some important aspects of our culture for your review:
- History of achievement. Our culture has created a history of
success. And that history has become part of our culture. Since 1981
we have completed over 350 projects for more than 200 clients. Eighty-nine
percent of our clients are returning clients. Our clients say, "Why
choose anyone else?"
- Independence and mutual support. Our consultants often work
independently at a client site, but never alone. Through regular product
meetings, associate relationships, and informal communication, our consultants
help each other and serve as a shared resource across the organization.
Our culture emphasizes both individual responsibility and mutual support.
- Commitment to ethical behavior. Our commitment to certain values
provides a framework for ethical behavior. This framework helps us avoid
conflicts of interest and supports "doing the right thing" for our clients
and our employees.

To help you learn more about our culture and determine whether you find
it appealing, we've provided links to additional information:
- Our values. Our company values are more than
a statement.
- ESOP. Our employees are co-owners of the company
through an ESOP (employee stock ownership plan). An ESOP is a reflection
of our culture and a benefit to our employees.
- Reading list. The materials on this list
can help you understand the thinking that forms a foundation for our
organization.
